AJFC CSBG Pathways Program

The AJFC Pathways Program is designed to help eligible individuals and families move toward greater stability, self-sufficiency, and long-term success through individualized case management, supportive services, education, employment assistance, financial literacy, and community resources.

Participants work directly with an AJFC Case Worker to identify goals, address barriers, develop a personalized service plan, and track progress throughout the program. Depending on eligibility, Pathways participants may receive assistance or referrals related to employment, education, housing, utilities, transportation, financial stability, and other needs that support self-sufficiency.

Participation in Pathways requires an active commitment from the applicant. Participants may be required to complete orientation, attend scheduled case-management meetings, participate in financial literacy and soft-skills activities, complete employment or education goals, participate in volunteer or community activities, provide requested documentation, and maintain regular contact with their assigned Case Worker.

Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment or financial assistance. Eligibility, available funding, program requirements, documentation, and individual circumstances will be reviewed before services are approved.
