Case Worker I (Part-Time) Claiborne County
AJFC Community Action Agency, Inc. is hiring a Case Worker II to provide direct client services including intake, eligibility, case planning, follow-up, documentation, and referrals for agency support programs.
Key Duties
Client interviews/intake, eligibility, and case plans
Documentation and timely reporting
Referrals and coordination with community partners
Follow-ups and client progress monitoring
Qualifications
Social Work degree or related degree (or 3 years related experience). Strong communication, computer skills, and reliable transportation required.
